Need advice for back problem

Hi everyone.  I have been having serious back pain since last May.  I have seen chiropractor and no results.  I finally had an MRI which shows 2 herniated discs.  I am currently in physical therapy but so far ....  at least the pain is not as bad as before but I still have leg pain and I am so stiff.  I am trying so hard to get back into shape but I am afraid to do anything because of my back.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Is there hope?

does nobody here have back pain?     I wish i could say that .... I am in pain now ... gotta go do some exercise to see if it will help.
