I've completed the offer on 12/29/09 and received the product on 01/04/10 ; it credited instantly as well.

I guess , but some of them you have to keep for a while, to get the credit.

i think this one says that after the trial you just call and they will not send you any more.

If you like the product, then you shouldn't mind paying monthly. if you don't like it, you can cancel whenever you want. I tried it, and ended up cancelling because it has way too much caffeine for me. It made me very jittery and made my heart race. I wish it had all the vitamins without the caffeine. Then maybe I would've kept it longer.

There's usually a grace/trial period [typically 7 or 14 days] between signing up for the offer and being charged on a monthly basis. If you decide you don't like it, can't afford it, what have you you can cancel at any time in that period without incurring additional costs.
