Quick note, though - if you live in CT, as I do, it isn't listed in the dropdown menu for state/province. I used a different state, and a valid zip code for it [NY, and 10001, since I know that one by heart].

I did this one twice. The first one the computer I used window 7. The second time I used the regular desktop with window XP. The old desktop worked. You may need to disable your security options and check your popup blocker to see if it's the problem. I have also tried this with other offers and it was the same. Don't give up and keep trying.
