That is my understanding. I have done a few extra just in case they decide not to count some for whatever reason.

I have Passed The mark of 30+ for the month of Dec. And Am currently working on The month of Jan. There Are some posts That have to be submitted for your approval to earn The 3.00 For posting the 30.

it takes 45-60 days to get the credit.  You can request the $3 for December through jan 31 -- generally the $3 bonus shows up at the end of the next month.  I just received my November forum bonus

you must have substantial posts - not just posts to post.

i think some people still just post to post.  I thought the 30 posts will only count for "MEANINGFUL" information shared within the forum.... but then again who is defining "meaningful" ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

The forums are great and some of the topics are really interesting. It does not always take 45-60 days to get credit for forum posting.  It can happen in far less.

I have to say that some people are trying hard to post just to post. I try not feed on to those kind of dicussions in the forum. I wish there is some sort of control to delete certain topics to eliminate the work of weeding them out. I like of most the posts, but some of them are not so great.

Posting is easy. You just gotta stay awake when you do it. Lol I'm not much of a poster but i've done like 200-400 on another site in like a month or two.
