my mom got mad jury duty this week

I never had to go to Jury duty
but like to just to see what it is
like and send the accused away!

no but had to testify aganist the guys that robbed me where i worked.....

yes I've had to serve 2 times. you go to your local or fed court gather with others and see if they call your number to serve on different types of cases. there are jury trials and civil trials. sometimes you just sit and do nothing if your number isn't called or you are dismissed from a certain case.

the  experience can best be described as long and sad. Nevertheless, the process I feel is an important attempt to make the  system more organic or real than mechanical. You can't flip a coin or roll a dice when it comes to your rights as person.
