What do you cook on New Years Day? Anything special?
Blackeye Peas
Cornbread
Hog Jowls

I always cook Black Eyed Peas, Greens, Cornbread, and a cake or a pie, sometimes both.  The meat depends on how I feel. This year I'm cooking a Roast. Last year I cooked a ham.
