Is $3 Bonus Request Accepted?

I always have a problem when requesting the $3 bonus for posting, in fact one month I missed it because I guess my form was not accepted.  Does it actually acknowledge that you have submitted it properly?  Cause I just did mine twice because it didn't really do anything except go back to the original request screen.  How can I tell if it took my request?  I did not get the message that my numbers were incorrect (I have gotten that one before and then corrected it)

(there is no way of knowing if admin will approve all requests, that is based on the messages posted in the forum)

Maybe I was not clear.  What I had trouble with was the form itself.  I know that my request can be rejected by admin for any reason, but I could not tell if the request was submitting.  Later I did it again and then refreshed the page and it said something like, congratulations, you request has been submitted.  That is what I was looking for.   I would fill out the form and hit submit.  Then the form would reset.  I would fill it out again and hit submit and the form just clears itself.  Until I hit refresh it appeared that the form was not working.

I guess if looking at the bottom of the page where you submit the 3 message ids doesn't tell you what I think you are asking, right where it says that your request has been submitted, then I am not the one to answer your question because I don't know what else you would need to know :-)

I think we figured it out.  You must have to refresh the page or check the page later.  I just expected it to work like most forms that you fill out that acknowledge that your input was received.
