Help with My two cents offer

I fully completed a Give us your two cents offer and under my account page it says I am unable to receive credit for this offer, however, according to the offer ad, you are eligible to complete this offer 1 time per day. I completed a long survey just a few moments ago, a survery, that I have never completed with my two cents, therefore, I should receive another credit. Please see this confirmation:
