Yeah, that cookie dough monster would be me  :) lol

I only make three types of cookies.....

Amnesia, peanut butter, and sugar cookie cutouts.

Amnesia are the last because they go in overnight, peanut butter are quick, and the kids decorate the cooked sugar cookies.  Than, I tell my boys they can have one cookie but the rest are for santa because if he doesn't have a snack..he doesn't leave gifts.

Awful, I know but they're young enough that I can get away with it.

Luckily, I only make cookies because I want to.  Between my Mother and Mother in-law I have no reason to make cookies.  Husband and kids are satisfied so it is such a stress free venture for me, it's probably the most relaxing thing I do over the holidays lol

I know how you feel.  This year has just got me feeling so run down for whatever reason.

Nice chatting with you, too.

Have a great night.

I got myself signed up to bake everyone a box of cookies for christmas, so wednesday I will be spending the entire day baking 20 dozen cookies and that is no exaggeration. That is how many I am going to need to fill every box.

I'm participating in a cookie exchange tomorrow and have baked until I can't stand it anymore - I don't even want the cookies they'll trade with me tomorrow now!

My only job is to help eat them after they're made.  It's a great deal.   ;D

I don't make cookies for the holidays.  Anyways, this year I am not to eat them.  I am about 6 1/2 weeks away from having our 2nd child and the Dr. said I need to watch what I eat (not because I have gained too much, but for other reasons).

We just bought the ones you get at the store and bake so we don't have to have a specific time to prepare them. BUT we're making homemade banana pudding which isn't a cookie but it might be even better than a cookie if done correctly. :P
I am so going down this Christmas..with all the sugary treats. :O
