5$ for Signup did not credit

The 5$ I was supposed to get for signing up didn't add to my current amount of cash.  I'm at 16.50 right now and that extra 5$ would really help.  It doesn't show up on my Account page or anywhere...did anyone else have this problem?  And can the 5$ be credited to my account now or something?
