The way I see it we're all immigrants. The USA belonged to the Native Americans until the English came and conquered it. After all God said multiply and subdue the Earth. He didn't say what part was supposed to be ours. Land is just dirt and when we die we return to the dirt so why does it matter in what country we choose to live our lives. We should all have the freedom to live wherever we want. After all isn't America supposed to be the land of opportunity. Why can't we give someone an opportunity to live here and if they mess up then send them back to where they came from? It's only fair.

First off YOU may be an immigrant however I am certainly not. And as for your dream world of fairytales save that for when you are dreaming. The rest of us live in the real world where there are laws being broken.

I think all immigrants have a right to come to this country. But I also strongly believe that when they do come into this country they need to start learning to read and write our language. English is the primary language spoken in America. If they want to speak their home language in their own homes that is their business but I should not have to learn to speak another language to accommodate them. I should not have to know how to speak Spanish to get a job in America. I should not have to press one for English. And I should not be considered "other" on a survey asking what my race is when the only other option given is Hispanic. And if they want to come to America so bad then please show some respect for the American flag which is the symbol of the country they are wanting to be a part of.

  I posted a topic months ago about the immigrants coming up from the south of the border..  I am still strongly against illegal immigrants coming to this country period!!     Our jobs are very hard to hold on to, or to even get a job.. Unemployment is still high and the crime rate is getting out of hand as well. I left California because of this    Yes, there are other opinions about this but, if your one of those people that think it`s ok then more power to you. I still think it is unfare..

Illegal pretty much sums up any discussion.  There are plenty of legal ways in which to attain entrance into the United States.  Being legal allows our country to grow by not taking care of expenses created by those who have not contributed to our assets.  Illegal covers so many different definitions and if someone is not allowed into our country by going through the proper channels they are probably a security risk for all of our citizens.
