I have fake ones. Not that i don't like real ones but its one less thing I have to buy. I have a big fake one and a little one. This year i put up the little one since i didn't have a lot of time. We did an early Christmas with my son a couple of weeks ago because they can't come in December.

Nothing but the real deal, we get a Noble Fir every year from the same old guy that raises them about a mile from our house and it's cut fresh on the spot.

Real all the way.  I like spruces, but they dry out quickly.

Fake ones because they can be used more than once.

You can't beat the smell of a live tree, but I don't miss sweeping up the needles constantly. I went to artificial in the 80's, and haven't had a live one since.

Get the fake
you can have it up as long as you want
plus its easier to clean up and put away
real ones are just had to get into the house and set up
