Hey guys, I'm new here, and I wondered something. I HAVE TONS AND TONS of people that want to join under my referral, like tons.. And I was wondering, it says that you MUST HAVE 15$ FROM OFFERS. Does that mean I could get like 150$ from referrals and cash out with it as long as I get 15$ from offers? Please elaborate. Thank you very much for your time and help!

Yes, there are users who get thousands of dollars in referral bonuses and just $15 in offers.  That's fine with us.

That is actually one of the easiest ways to make money. There are members like Oldbuddy who have made hundreds of dollars (and in his case, over 1000). So long as the ToS aren't violated, you are good to go. If you feel up to it, spread the love!
