I watch the movie when it came out. The movie was ok...a lot of action! It was a very fast pace movie.

I sw it and might I say that it was the stupidest thing I have ever seen lol. I can't wait until 12/13/2012 soi can laugh in the peoples faces who believe in that stuff lol

Yea this movie smells of yearly summer "blockbuster" (Indepence Day Etc.). I think I'll wait and rent it lol.

It was summed up to me as:  Family gets in a car, drives away from dust cloud.  Family gets in plane, flies away from dust cloud.  Other random, crazy crap happens.  Movie over.

Saw the movie, visual effects are stunning but the story is you know, hero saves his family at last..as expected. The governments of diff countries save groups of 'privileged' (either too rich or too intelligent) people from their country and that's it, they begin a new life starting with year 01.01.0000 or maybe it was 01.01.0001 ( sorry..I forgot)

I had to watch the movie in the theater cos it was basically a visual effects movie, and yes I was O.K with the movie at least regarding that aspect.
And I am sure that 2012 (the real year) will turn out to be very interesting

Any movie Rolland Emmerich directs is going to have a crappy script and LOTS of action and special effects.  Some of his were decent, but I really have to be in the mood to watch 2 hours of nonstop action...

It was boring in the beginning, but later during the flick, the action and special effects were awesome!  

I don't believe in any of it, because only God knows when that day will be.  

But I enjoyed it as: a decent fiction flick.  



  I really didn't like the ending though.  haha
