I helped my best friend cope with her recent break up of two years.

I Helped in our local animal shelter, made donations to goodwill, donated money to several good causes, knitted 250 hats for cancer patients, and saved a kitty from the streets. Now I have 4 cats lol, Baca, Trouble, Baby Girl and Grey. I think doing good makes you feel good and makes the world a better place to be in.

After falling a bit of hard time In 2009 I was grateful for help so when I got back on my feet I bought a massive amount of food for food banks cause every little bit helps someone not go hungry It was a great feeling to help out others I am still currently giving more food when I can

Had a daughter who now weighs 3 pounds 2.5 ounces and will be 2 months old the 11th.

I am humbled and amazed at some of the wonderful things I have read in these posts. I can only hope that my small contributions this year have made a difference for others.

I am mom and wife.  My little girl turned 1 in 2009.  Those 2 things are probably the good things I did this year.

saved up money for a big trip

We took our children on our very first "family vacation just for vacation's sake" this year to San Antonio, TX.  We went to Sea World, The Alamo, Natural Bridge Caverns, Natural Bridge Wildlife Reserve, and the Riverwalk.  We made memories that will stay with us and our kids forever, and we grew so much closer as a family!

I went on a hockey trip to Detroit and Toronto going to 6 games in 5 days and then flew down to Tampa to watch my favorite team, the Lightning win one of the few games they won last season. It was awesome but I don'tplan on going to Toronto in winter any time soon. It was cold!

I let go of some bad things in my past. I also kept up on my diet. So far since thanksgiving I have been letting myself go a little bit but if i couldnt indugle once in awhile I probably would not have lost 81 pounds.
