That's the easy part with all the bonuses around here, it's getting $15 in offers that takes the longest.

I cash out at the end of the month any time I have the required balances [$25 with $15 being from offers].

I usually cashout when I hit around $25 or a little more and then get started again for the next month.  It just depends on what is going on and how I did that month.
