Always leave your window open for about 5 to 10 minutes after completing an offer/survey to insure you get your credit. Also did you clear your cookies before you came into Fusion Cash?

Instant credit doesn't always mean instant. Sometimes there is a delay in the tracking, or it takes some time for the affiliates to check and make sure the offer was done right, and then get back to Fusion Cash. I think "Instant" just means it is an auto-approving offer, rather than having to wait for someone at FC to manually go through and approve everything.

clear cookies means if you're using internet explorer browser go to tools then choose internet options then in the browsing history click on delete you'll see some options one of them is cookies just check this option and then delete that's it some browsers doesn't make the changes untill you  restart you browser (Close the internet explorer then open it again)
if you need further help email me on my username on gmail

Clear Cookies and Leave the Window open until the offer credits.

Sometimes theres nothing that you can do. Unfortunately, that's  what happens here and there, don't get discouraged.
