February 17th is National Cabbage Day!

From the French caboche, meaning head, cabbage comes in a variety of forms. The cabbage family is quite varied and includes brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy, kohlrabi and kale. Cabbage is an ancient food with origins in Asia Minor (Turkey today) and the eastern Mediterranean. Are you a fan of any of these vegetables in the cabbage family?

I enjoyed Brussel Sprouts!

I think that it is a good day to celebrate cabbage. Cabbage is a very healthy vegetable, and it has lots of vitamins and minerals. Cabbage also contains fiber. Fiber helps with good digestion. You can visit https://www.careersbooster.com/our-services/cover-letter-writing/ source and have cover letter writing services. It helps you not to get constipated, which can be very uncomfortable for people who have this problem.

I also was not a big fan of cabbage as a kid. Today, I think I am even less of a fan of it.  :angry7:
