Happy Carrot Cake Day!

I love this day. Going to eat carrot cake today  :heart: Love the frosting I like it with or without the nuts, raisins, coconut, pineapple. Do you like this day today? Have a good day

I love carrot cake with all the good stuff raisins are a must.  I love to have cream cheese frosting on top of the cake with pecans inside and on the frosting.
