The best pie for me is apple pie made from scratch. I get pride out of working with my hands when baking stuff. Its almost a lost art with all the gadgets we have today some don't even know the joys of actually working with there hands when making stuff. Kinda sad really

I love Pecan Pie. The ooey gooey pecans warmed up in the microwave just tastes like heaven

For the most part I usually bake a Sweet Potato Pie with Coconut added.  Quite delicious.
