I would try either eBay or Amazon or if your network has authorized agent stores in addition to corporate locations sometimes you can get pretty good deals there, the corporate stores don't carry refurbished equipment, but you can sometimes talk the authorized agents down on refurbs.

Craigslist.com is the best way to find things in your area. But beware of scammers and fake people. A lot of people on there will bull sh.. u.

Make sure you get one that's unlocked. I did buy a regular cellphone on Ebay and it worked fine. My wife's had the 789 keys broken and it was out of warrantee so they wanted big bucks, but I bought the replacement for $30 and had it good to go in minutes.
