When they ask you how many people are living or staying at your address, do they actually include dead people or alien life? Because if they're in my house while I'm there, they have to be living there. Right? Or are they just staying there for a short while and not calling it living?

Well...if they are dead, then they cannot be living and aliens aren't people.

Because if they're in my house while I'm there, they have to be living there. Right?

All except the dead person.

That depends on ones standards.
