I never got the 5$ bonus when you sign up. I validated the e-mail and did everything it said to get it. It says I got it but it still says I have 0$ on my bonus. Can anyone help?

Click on the support tab and issue a message for help there.  Sometimes they can do something or at least explain what the problem is.  They will send you an email.
