I have an egg cooker I got at Aldi.  I love it.  It takes half the time to cook boiled eggs than boiling.  They come out perfect every time.  No problem with peeling.  You can made poached eggs (which I never eat) and omelettes with it too.

Running the egg under cold water is a good trick. I loved boiled eggs

Not only are the peeled eggs more expensive but I tried them twice and they have an off flavor - nothing bad and it is not detectable if you put other ingredients in but they definitely taste different from ones made at home.  I just fight with mine.  I miss my hubby (deceased) when we made deviled eggs he always peeled because I destroyed them lol had no patience.
