You might have to use a laptop or a tower. I have never used a phone on this site. I find it easier to work on a laptop anyway

Fusion Cash is not mobile friendly. You are probably not going to be able to do it on your phone. You need a computer to engage with Fusion Cash although some members have said that they access FC on a tablet.

I can open FC emails on my Android so not sure what the problem is. Make sure you're opening the right daily email. Daily emails from previous days will not open.

                  Welcome to FC!  It seems that other members have said the FC daily email worked on mobile phones?   Maybe it only works on Android smart phones and not Apple iphones?

Yes, welcome FC newbie and good luck! I, too, do not use my phone for FC, however, about 5 years ago or so, FC had some tasks to be completed on mobile phones only, and I used to do them regularly without any issues. So I had to access FC on my phone to get to those. I may have even done my paid email on my phone a few times too, but I believe I accessed it through my browser, not through an app. Did you try doing it that way?

I use my computer but have seen videos, etc for mobile phones... not sure about daily e-mails.... good luck and keep us informed

always works on a desktop. since you new, I advise using the forums here for info and doing the daily click and email and vids or timer type vids. Then do surveys but remember, dont get discouraged because they do take time and do a whole bunch in so many hrs. You shd be able to get some. Just keep after them

I complete the daily e mail offer on my iphone daily with no problem. Like someone else said, make sure the e mail you are clicking on is not expired. If you still have issues, try completing the offer on a laptop or desktop.

It is a new email everyday. I have never had problems unless the email was a day old and expired. Good luck.

I can open the email on my IPAD and PC never works on my cell phone.  Lots of things cannot be done on your phone or IPAD.  Cannot do the PTC or many surveys on a mobile

Just wondering if you got this to work yet? I'm so glad I don't have to use my phone, my phone is an older iPhone, probably wouldn't work very well! Investing in a laptop was the best thing I did in a while! Well, hope you have had success, if not, maybe consider getting a laptop or tablet if you can. Good luck!
