There was more then one ? I only recall watching the cartoon one as it kid and did enjoyed it though.

There was also a older version with actress Ingrid Bergman as Anastasia.
There is also another cartoon one where she has to follow some musical instruments to find out about her past or something like that.
That one i found a used vhs of at a flea market,but i only like the 20th century fox cartoon one
