:turkey:        I have only tried the free Amazon Trial and never paid for the service.  Frankly I was not impressed, maybe I'm missing something, because I'm happy with the free movie and music selection on YouTube.  I also get the free shipping anyway by meeting the threshold and my stuff comes just as soon (if not sooner)  without Prime than with it.    Metro PC offers free Amazon Prime with their non-contract Mobile service but I use Mint Mobile for $15 bucks a month, unlimited calling and texts and a decent amount of data.     :turkey:

To answer the original question....I'm not sure....I have both and never realized that Xfinity offered Amazon Prime...or how that works...

That depends on how much value you place on convenience. I love the idea that as I am surfing around and spot something I think will enhance my life, I can just pop on Amazon and order it without waiting to reach a minimum order.

You do not have to wait for a minimum order. You just have to pay shipping.

That may be an option for you, but it is not for me.

I have only had free trails of Amazon Prime. I just don't order online enough for it to be worth it for me.

I'm an Amazon Prime member. Xfinity offers "prime Amazon" on it's On Demand programming. When I try to enter Amazon Prime it tells me i need to subscribe. I guess I'll have to ask Amazon themselves about it. Xfinity also offers Netflix, Youtube, PlutoTV, and a few others. A lot of kids channels. I don't know if 'prime Amazon" is the same.

As for shipping, I've always gotten free shipping and i usually get my packages within 2 days. I saved a lot of money this year with the free shipping. In fact, the 'cart' I bought for hubby for Christmas was free shipping , which saved at least $$15-$20 in shipping on that one item alone...and it was from a another company that hubby buys from a lot, plus it was on sale for  $15 less. That item took 7 days because it was large.

I have no interest in TV anymore. Most of the time if I want to watch something, I will look for it free online on Youtube or another site. TV has went down the tube for me.
