I have been having problems with PTC for weeks now, I don't get credit because it simply repeats the process and never goes threw. I have sent several tickets in but no answers yet.

I do PTC every day and can't remember ever having it fail unless I did something wrong, then I just do it again and it works.

Try clearing your cache and history first then kill your browser bring it back and then try. If that don't work experiment with other  browsers to see if that help. Browsers are changing all the time and sometimes don't always work with what you intend to do with them
