I usually walk to places to get exercise. Sometimes, I do squats and leg lifts while I'm watching TV.
Opinion: 1) a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter 2) belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge
This is the internet, learn to let people have opinions. And don't be so sensitive.  8)

I have a treadmill at home. One of my best investments.

Sounds lovely and like sustainable exercise that can be maintained long term.

I walk at the State Park with my brother in spring, summer, and fall. Also gardening and yard work helps. In the winter I go to the gym and use the elliptical and do some weight machines.

I try to jog a couple miles at least 3 times a week. It has tremendous benefits. It keeps your digestive tract working properly and it wards off depression too. I feel great just after a nice jog.

I mow the lawn twice a week in the summer and in the winter I walk from room to room looking out the winter and waiting for warmer weather.

High intensity jogging, squats
Squats are great!  Talk about an energy booster.  My husband and I love to do our squats.  We also enjoy a good aerobic pace walk.  Yesterday we did about 3 miles.  We feel great.

Unfortunately nothing.  I have difficult mobility and can hardly walk so there isn't much I can do.  I know I would be better off if I could - I thought about getting one of those machines that you pedal while you sit.
