i have but they may be years.

What may be years?  The pay out will be with in a few months.  Once it gets to this point.  Unless the company is appealing the law suit.  In this case there isn't much they can say because the info was compromised of millions of people.  They can't deny it.  And if they were secure it could not have happened.
