Have you checked your local library?  Our library has a video section where you can check out movies.  Most are not current but some old ones you can't find anywhere else.

I guess sad movies can be good movies, but if I know ahead of time that a movie is going to be sad, I won't watch it! Everybody raved about "Love Story" when it came out in 1970. There was so much buzz about how wonderful it was, but because it was supposed to be a tearjerker, I never saw it.

The movie is called Man on the Moon. It is a good movie that I have seen more than once. Reese Witherspoon plays the younger sister in the movie.

We don't have stuff like that.  They have a few movies, or use to, but nothing anybody would want to watch.

I don't like stuff as a norm that is really sad.  Or really controversial.  People are so stupid these days and just look for reasons to fight.  Been a few movies like that lately.

I have not had time to look.  I may try to find it.  It's like yesterday Little House was on and it was the episode where James and Cassandra parents die in the wagon wreck.  I just turned it off.  I didn't want to see it.
