Seesawing, you were correct. I tried Tap Research again and everything worked correctly including receiving the credit. I hope Tap Research is more stable moving forward.

Thank you for noticing, bhdz.  I sincerely appreciate the 'thanks' more than you know.  I stated in an earlier post in the Forum that I would be on FC daily and continually monitoring the Tap issue.  I was thrilled to see FC plugged back in to Tap surveys, however, technology being what it is, nothing is perfect.  Just go with the flow on this.

… now if only those FC members who continued to work Tap surveys after Feb. 15 could just receive those back credits ….
