Survey loop
« on: January 29, 2019, 04:29:24 pm »
A few days ago, I was working on a Tap Research survey, and I was progressing through it, I noticed it started to ask the exact same questions again and again. I ended up having to leave the survey. Has anything like this happened to anyone before?

I've experienced that situation.  I realized the survey was attempting to redirect to another survey I could qualify for.  There is one in particular that really bugs me because it keeps asking about conditions/illnesses over and over again.  Glitch, perhaps?

Yeah, that's happened to me, too.  There is nothing to do other than close it out and move on.  I was trying to complete one the other day while watching TV, probably 10-15 minutes of answering the same questions over and over before I realized it.....Obviously, I should not try to multitask!

Sometimes questions SEEM repetitive because they are moving you through different qualification screens, but every now and then they get caught up.  Before quitting though, I always try refreshing the page first.  One in 10 times that works, and that is definitely better than just closing it down and not earning anything!

Good luck with future surveys!

It's been a while since I've experienced that but it does happen.  If there's any way of sending a support ticket to the company it may be worth trying.  Otherwise, work on the next one.  Who knows, the next survey may be the one you've been waiting for.

Yes, it can happen from time to time.  Just try another survey.  Many times I will be asked the same questions but then I still get credit with TAP.

you get in a loop where you dq for one survey and they find you another one, etc and you go on never getting credit.... sometimes refreshing will work.... if it doesn't, I just close it out and do the next one

I had read this thread the other day, and then it happened to me, too.  I got about 3 different screens about 3 times apiece, but I kept going and the survey got over the loop and went on as expected.  Sometimes I think they are testing me to see if I will give the same answer on each screen.  Who knows!!

i get That's happened to me. I wondered if they are trying to see that we provide accurate info. I just continue until I get credit.
