Survey
« on: August 25, 2018, 07:36:13 pm »
How disappointing, I completed a Tap survey that took over an hour. When I clicked the link it was suppose to be around 20 minutes. When I began it said it would take about 30 minutes. I decided to go ahead with it even though it only paid about 30 cents. I kept going to completion and it asked me to rate the survey, which I did, then it went to an error page and said sorry, sometimes this happens. All that time and didn't get credit, not even the penny.

Wow I am so sorry about that.  I understand how you don't want to quit once you have put in at least 10 minutes, I have been there many times.

I had that happen to me and I actually did get credit about an hour later. Sometimes there is a delay till you get paid.

That happen to me plenty of time, I tried to answer all questions as honest as I could and at the very end of the survey it gives me an error, so frustrating but oh well, have to move on. :(

There have been a few times when I have been credited a little later, not right after for a survey. I would say keep trying, most of the time when I spend a long time on a survey I end up qualifying.

I have had that happen quite a bit. I take what I can get - right now the only surveys I have are Tap (it's been almost 4 weeks since I had any other ones). I think they always take longer than what they say.

I wasn't seeing surveys so I used CCLEANER to clear my history and cache, and suddenly I have a page and a half of surveys again.

I can't get into Tapresearch  (because whatever the internet co, Charter Cable does Tap says I am not in the correct location and to try again when "home" I am in the same place I have always been, exactly!) to tell you exactly how to find this but there is a place to contact them about the surveys and it will bring up a list of surveys in will show the status and you can select the one with the issue (it has the date, time length, if it was completed etc) tell them what happen and I quickly got responses with apologies for the troubles and credits

How is that different from just cleaning out cookies?

That bites. So sorry to hear that. Hopefully you'll earn some $$ on the next one.
