we are trying to stock up on holiday things so we will buy things like lights and such when they are on sale because we dont have that many decorations. this year we are getting a new chirstmas tree i am so excited the one we have is like 10 years old and really needs to go

i usually buy holiday items like wrapping paper, decorations, sometimes even costume items, after the holiday because they are way cheaper. then i just store them in my garage for the following year. for example, last year after halloween i bought a set of yard decorations that has 30+ items including tombstones, skeletons, webs, spiders, etc for $6. this year that same set costs $25. and last christmas i got the really big thick rolls of wrapping paper (the $8 rolls) for $1.50 each. i bought 6 of them, 2 of which were just solid colors so that i could use them for wrapping other presents throughout the year!

thats great. a couple years ago when we had extra cash we brought my mother 150 dollars worth of meat. because they were low on cash. we also gave my mother a tree

I like going to the stores after the holidays to get the little mini Christmas decorations that are marked down. I use them for Christmas crafts for the following year. It is also a good time to get tools and other items that are usually marked down after the gift rush is over, or when people return things.

i try to change our wedding colors to red and gold so i can buy things after the christmas sale.  i am such a bargain shopper and i really try so hard to save money since i am a SAHM.

HOLIDAY SALES ARE THE BEST.  I ALWAYS DO ALL MY SHOPPING AFTER THE HOLIDAYS.  I FIND SOME SWEET DEALS.

my absolute favorite things to buy are wrapping paper and bows.. i LOVE getting pretty bows that i can use for birthdays and other presents<333.
