I may be wrong but I believe that Fusion Cash is a one man operation, possibly with some help, and a home based business. That may explain why support is sometimes to often slow to respond to tickets.

I would like to add that by doing a little research through the old posts still available here in the forum, it appeared that there was a small team (including Kohler) that existed to handle all the questions arising during the time of growth and establishment of FusionCash as a reputable online GPT business.  I was not a member in the early days (2005 - 2010), but clearly this site has evolved and most likely those folks that made up customer support have moved on as well.

I have been on Fusion Cash since about 2009 and support tickets were answered much faster. It seems there were more or additional employees. I remember Kohler.

How long have you ever had to wait for an FC support ticket to be answered?
Went to cash out Monday but can't because they wanted me to fill out online W9.
It wouldn't go through on line so I contacted support and put in a ticket...that was 4 days ago!  :-\ ??? ::)
I want to cash out and waiting to see what they want me to do or can help me...no reply... :(

I still have one open from 8/10. it says N/A. Don't know why it says that. Still waiting. Support is getting slower and slower.

I agree still unable to access surveys using my laptop and the IPad will load many of the surveys in my que. Missing out on earning more money.

You could open up a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It might help get you your money. Ninety-Six dollars is a lot of money.

Going backwards and reading this discussion from the beginning, it has not yet been a month since you opened your support ticket.  Sometimes, Fusion Cash has to do research about the problem so sometimes, it does take a month or so.

Keep us posted. I hope that it has a happy ending.

I am not certain we are allowed to do surveys on an iPad. Maybe I am wrong but if I am right, your account could get restricted. Mine did for two weeks and I do not know what I did that caused the restriction.
