the support on this site, is autmated isnt it, the ticket not live chat, i sent 2 messages about me not getting my referral bonus, and both were responded the same way, my referrals confirmed their emailsand im still not getting it

yes.. live chat is automated.  Send a support ticket. It usually gets answered within 24 hours.. mine got answered in like an hour.. So.. give it a try

I understand that they have lives too, but they really should not call it live chat support when there is not a live person there to take your inquiries. It was really frustrating to ask several different questions and get the same textbook response to all of them.  :BangHead: They should simply call the "live" chat automated support. :dontknow:
