He's retiring on July 31. He's only 81. i would have thought Ruth Bader-Ginsburg would have retired first. I think she's 86. He was a swing Justice.

Trump as a list of 25 picks from the Neil Gorsuch time. Curious as to who he would pick. There are only 3 conservatives on the Court now. He will probably pick another conservative. That would almost even it up. 

Dem's hair is on fire already but it was because of Harry Reid that there is no longer the ability to filibuster. Chris Matthews if flipping out. He's liable to have a stroke. They only need 51 votes for confirmation instead of the 60 they needed prior to the presidential election.

If they are in their 80s they should not still be on there.  There should be an age when they say no more.  We had a guy who was running for mayor here locally that is 86.  That was ridiculous.  He had no chance of winning and has withdrawn.  All he was doing anyway was pulling votes off the competition of the one in there now.

Frankly, it's also time that anyone running for President who will turn 75 years or more during his term should not be able to run for the office.  Too damn old!  Time to get younger blood into the government all around!

Luckily, Trump won't turn the arbitrary age of 75 until his second term.

Like the Republicans refused to let President Obama put someone on the bench?

There's no such thing as a one-sided weapon. Republicans will have to eat what they've been dishing out.

The Dems passed filibuster reform back in 2013 giving the Republicans the ability to push through any candidate they want because they will only need 51 votes.

Things in this country would go a lot smooth if we could change whom we voted for.
