My fiancee is having rotar cuff surgery. She recently just got out of hospital for a serious nazel infection. Dr's thought shingles,mersa, & she was getting worse. Dr's tried everything and finally she began to get better. Now with her time off work, Now bills are pilling up and I pray we won't be evicted. I have no insurance and pray we will get through this. Please helps through this rough time. God bless you all

I'm sorry you are going through a rough time, it's especially difficult when someone in the family gets ill and requires hospitalization with no insurance.   Spend as much time as you can earning here and on any other sites (legitimate) sites you can find to earn.  Even though it seems like it's pennies, every penny will help.   Best of luck.
