If I get the banner on my page will I get paid without reaching $25.00 in My pay pal account?

Putting a banner on your website has nothing to do with getting paid.  You will only get paid once you reach $25 and $15 of those dollars needs to come from the offers you do yourself and not just from referrals.

You need to reach the threshold before you get paid.

In order to get paid, you have to have at least 25.00 and then you will get paid. Putting a banner will not get you paid, that way.
