I detest "the bottom line," "super foods," and am sick of "selfie."

There are a lot of words I detest because the meaning of words is diminishing. Adults talk like 15 year olds. Everyone is trying to be cool, and think their lives are so interesting that we all want to know what they had for breakfast and see a photo of them every second of their lives.

We have more ways to connect than ever before yet remain more disconnected than we have ever been.

Oops, went a bit off the subject, and got up on my soapbox.
