No, I have not heard of commericals whereby you respond to them.  This sounds interesting to me.  I think that I would like to try this.

I personally have not seen a commercial that I evaluated, but it would be so cool if I did.

I have seen cereal that I evaluated now on the shelves.

Yes, I have seen many of the ads I've evaluated or provided constructive feedback.  I've also noticed movie trailers in finished form and remembered the surveys I had taken earlier in which detailed comments were requested to determine how much or how little of the story needed to be revealed to whet the appetite of the movie goer.

I gave away my TV when I moved so when I take these surveys, I always answer I never saw these commercial advertisements since I never watch any television.

I would be miserable without my TV, I multitask when I take surveys or click ads, so the time passes much faster.
