I was buying clothes items from a certain store online for a few years.
 I was a repeat customer.....until last year.
when an item was on back order, I got an email from customer service asking me if I wanted to wait.  I should have responded to the email.
I called in and was pressured to buy a  $100 visa gift card and just pay $4 postage.
He didn't sound like the regular employee and he wouldn't leave me alone. I just hung up. I found all the items that were on their website somewhere else.

Smart move.

There are a lot of great sites online, and a lot of corrupt ones.

I really try to be sure the place I am placing an order is well searched out, lots of happy customers.

I buy very little of clothing on line as I prefer to buy in person. Although if it is something I  have bought online and it fits great like pants I  may order  off and on. Since I am very hard to fit, it is much easier to try on at the store.

that was a smart move ! if anyone is coming on to you that hard something is up and you need to just move on !!
