Yup .. I have gotten the same message ... I get it to work again by running it from my tablet at work.   That way it is running from a different WiFi network.

I got that message for several days then I quit getting it so I let VideoLab play for several hours but didn't get any credit.  I haven't tried since then.

I was on Videolab from 8 a.m to after 4 p.m. today, July 24th, it just stopped working.

I think when we get that message, that the videos have run out.  When I try again later that night it works

but this IP is not approved for Videolab at the moment. Please try again in a couple of minutes or try from a different IP.

at least now people will know it is only temporary and not their fault
