Do you think its fair we have to wait all the way til the 21st to receive our payment after cashing out? Do you think they will ever change that where we get payments faster?

Yes, it is absolutely fair, and when you signed up, you agreed to the payment schedule.

Would it be more fun to cash out whenever and however we want? Absolutely. However, it is what it is.

I have no problems with waiting as long it deposited into my Paypal account.  Other sites have certain dates of the month that you request your payment so it is pretty reasonable
