Manage Food Proportion Sizes

Do you believe in proportion eating? Geeze, my friend bought sorbet instead of ice cream, ok I said, you still need to do to the proportion that is stated on the carton.  It is 1/2 cup = 130 calories, I had a fiery conversation with him lol I give want he wants, don't know how much calories he intakes. To buy a package of cookies = 1 cookie is a serving. Do you watch what you eat? Have a gr8 day  :present:

I try to manage my food portion sizes. I would prefer to have a small amount  of many different foods then just one or 2 larger portions of food.
I also have to look at what type of calories the food is made up of. Because I am a diabetic I would be better off with a little ice cream vs sorbet. sorbet has more sugar   :rainbow: :peace: :wave:

im not a calorie counter, i just get food and start eating, no dieting.love food too much

My problem is that I don't want food to go to waste so I end up eating everything. I wish I could proportion.
