can be very painful, even excruciating.
I have two neighbors who have it.
They both are still able to walk. [with walkers]

I hate back pain. It's not bad yet as I'm still young but I don't wanna know what will happen when I'm older :(

I have a lot of back pain as well.  Hot showers tend to help, along with Motrin.

I have a lot of back problems.  I have fibromyalgia, degenerative disk disease and spinal stenosis as well as pinched nerves.  I have found a natural pain relief in stead of prescriptions which I hate.  Check into White Willow Bark.  It works really well.  I get mine off of Amazon.  They have a liquid, capsules and powder.  Maybe even other forms.  Natural remedy which reduces my pain tremendously.  On a scale of 1-10 with 10 the worst, my worst pain would be rated at 50 it seems.  This reduces my pain by at least half most days.  I can do more stuff now and walking is easier.

I have bad sciatica. I often use the heating pad on back and knees and then make myself stretch and walk. Keeps me movable, and able to work in the garden.

My husband has had back problems for 35 years now.  He has been permanently disabled for the past 16 years.  He has had six back surgeries including a spinal fusion.  He has had such extensive damage to the nerve in his back that he has major issues on other parts of his body from the damage (foot drop, partial paralysis in arm and hand, etc.).
Have a wonderful day!

My dad has had back problems for as long as I can remember. He had surgery when I was 9, that was part of the reason why he retired early from the police force. Today I have to jump on his back to help pop it once in a while.
