I've had the same problem. My spam folder is a mess right now, too. Trying to figure out what I actually signed up for to make safe and what is junk...

You shouldn't use your "real" e-mail address for offers. I have an e-mail account that I use to sign up for offers because I know how much spam I'll get.

Agreed - I use .gmx it is a free email service and I also avoid using my main phone line. As far as snail mail - I do not mind that - sometimes I can take a better look the offer when not busy on line.

I don't get any more than I ever did and it's no big deal when you have Gmail. The junk mail just goes through the shredder and into my worm bin.

As far as the phone number thing goes, Im not sure if I'm allowed to post the link but its not like I would get any kind of payment or credit for it. Google the word Brring and you'll find a good free site for dealing with those annoying calls.

Always use a second email address for those offers. The one I created only for offers associated with this site had 2,000+ spam my first month.

if it goes to your spam folder, its no big deal, it will get deleted.  actually it only takes a few minutes of ur day to go thru your mail and hit the delete button.   :dontknow:

Wish there was a way to avoid junk mail and ignoring phone calls from people who ask you redundant questions.

I've been doing GPT sites for about 18 months and I personally have not noticed a significant increase in "junk" mail be it email or snail mail.   :dontknow:

Since signing up and doing lots of offers and surveys, I've been swamped with e-mails.  It does take a long time to weed out the spam from something that is not trash.  I have found that if I keep marking the real spam as such, it decreases the about that comes in.  The bad part is that I feel like everytime I enter my e-mail address, the process starts over.

I'm very please with FC, waiting on my first pay-out.

There are ways you can set up a free voicemail with its own phone number - that's what I did and it has eliminated the telemarketer issue.  Just do a little googling and you'll see what I'm talking about.  Also - a separate email for offers is a must, just don't forget to take the time to go through it every now and again to pick out the occasional one you'll need/want.
