I was trying to answer a post on here and the stupid news just happen to come on and I got so distracted that I forgot what I was writing. I think it is time for these news programs to go away. I am so sick and tired of seeing every misfortune being put on TV, day in and day out. It is really sick that people just feel the need to watch what every one else is doing. I think people really need to get a life and concentrate the one that was given to them. >:(

Ohhhh.. I don't know.. there is so much bad news on tv.. it's nice to hear some good news once in a while.. I really don't put much thought into tv no more.. because there is never nothing on.. and when the news comes on .. i usually turn it off.. But i feel yah on the distractions.. I hate that... my brain doesn't process right to begin with.. so if im in the middle of a sentence and someoen distrubs me i'll more than likely forget it.. When i was working a a cashier..One day i was counting the cards the lady gave me then she asked me a question and i had to recount.. and then one of the employees.. asked me something and i had to recount.. needless to say i didn't have a good day that day...

After 911, I listened to the news alot the rest of that year but the negativity really started bringing me down everyday, so I stopped listening to the news & reading the daily newspapers.  Ignorance IS BLISS and I get what news I need online from skimming headlines. The media doesn't report the actual facts or happenings anyway, they tell people what they want them to think and focus on stories that fit in their agenda.
