Best weight loss program: Have jaw wired shut! Okay just kidding, it's hard for me to lose weight because the medicines I'm on cause weight gain and I have an unhealthy attachment to Chips Ahoy! and doughnuts.

I have never been a part of a weight Loss Program that actually worked for me. I think that they are gimmicks. :bad:

From eating fast food everyday to eating less fast food it help alot beer/soda.Drink lots of water try some home exercise walking/running.

I have lost 90 lbs in 7 months, if anyone would like to watch me reach my goal of 100 lbs lost. The program is Medi-Weightloss and I have documented my journey every week since July 2016. cut down on drinking beer/soda plus fastfood eat some rice and chicken walk or jog.Just don't overdo it.
